Yelena is WTS Health's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. In addition to leading the firm’s legal and regulatory strategy, she is responsible for overseeing the operations and administration of the firm. Yelena is fairly new to the company but brings experience and diversity to the team.

As a Chinese Native, Yelena attended Minzu University of China obtaining a Master's Degree in Photography. Yelena has built a lifestyle portfolio while traveling the world, she is also a former booking agent from the New York City fashion scene.

Most recently, Yelena has settled in Europe to study health sciences.
