Description: RN will evaluate assigned patients and plans and implement and document nursing care within a correctional setting. RN assists physicians during examinations and procedures. Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of a corrections RN.

  • Corrections or Forensic Psych Experience

Weekly Pay Range: $1,692.00 - $2,380.00

Registered Nurse

Location: Chesapeake, VA

Position: Group Home

Description: RN will evaluate assigned patients:  

  • Be responsible for the assessment, treatment or care of child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients
  • Screens, communicates and responds to patient needs appropriately
  • Responds to client's telephone call using approved protocols
  • Ensure patient privacy and comfort during the home visits and assessments
  • Be accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient
  • Educate patient and family about diagnostic procedures, medications, chronic disease management and treatment instructions when applicable
  • Act as a content expert and clinical resource by providing staff and patient education
  • Accurately document all pertinent information regarding the patient in EMR

Requirements:  

  • Current license issued within the United States
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children and young adults is required. 

Weekly Pay Range: $1,602.00 - $2,220.00

  • Phone exposure (customer service, call center, sales, cold calling, etc.)
  • Solid sales skills (relationship-based, commissions)
  • Successful selling or closing deals through consultative selling techniques 

Weekly Pay Range: $550.00 - $1,426.00
