Lidia focuses on sourcing candidates, researching job seekers, and inviting them to apply.

Lidia is part of the Human Resorces Recruitment team in WTS’s New York office. Prior to WTS Health, Lidia earned her BA in Theatre at Accademia di estetica e benessere in Bologna, Italy.

Since graduating, Lidia has worked as a international freelance make-up artist, doing shows in Rome, Florence, Milan, London, and New York.

Most recently, Lidia has grown interest in the healthcare industry, and with her experience with international networking and communications, she has contributed to helping achieve hiring targets and attracting a diverse pool of candidates.
