 Full-time| Day Shift | 8 hour-40 hours weekly 

• Handle Treatment Plans
• Provide treatment and intervention services to Richmond Behavorial Health Authority exhibiting academic, and/or behavior problems.
• Provide services to strengthen family involvement and build a better working relationship with staff.
• Provide requested services to include, but not limited to, emotional, behavioral, anger management and socialization problems, on an as- needed basis to be determined by designated contract administrator(s), or designee.
• Must be capable of providing the following minimum services:

a. Social skills training groups

b. Refer psychological testing and diagnostic assessment provided by a licensed mental health professional

c. Crisis intervention

d. Individual, group and family counseling/therapy

e. Substance abuse education

f. Communication and family-partnerships

g. Crisis and threat assessment 

• Master’s degree in a Human Services or related field
• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable DMV Record
